Plate and form springs
Plate and form springs
Similar to wave springs, plate springs are utilized precisely where both the space is limited, and a high force induction required. They are impressive through their small size and their geometry. They are able to store enormous forces despite their small size. Normally they are stacked on top of each other to so-called packages. Through this, it is possible to individually set the force, and the deflection of the spring. The springs thus achieve an extremely high precision. Their utilization as a spare part is possible as well.
